In accordance with House Rule 4, Section 21, Representative Keel moved to authorize the issuance of a subpoena to compel the attendance of Brian Borowski if Brian Borowski fails to appear before the Committee voluntarily. Representative Crabb seconded the motion made by Representative Keel. The motion prevailed by the following record vote: Ayes: Representatives Gallego; Uher; Crabb; Eiland; Keel (5). Nays: None (0).
