Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2000, the House
Committee on General Investigating met in a joint meeting with
the Senate Committee on State Affairs and was called to order by
the chair, Representative Gallego, at 10:20 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Gallego; Crabb; Keel (3).
Absent: Representatives Uher; Eiland (2).
A quorum was present.
The Senate Committee on State Affairs reconvened at 10:15 a.m.
and was called to order by the chair, Senator Shapiro. Roll was
not called.
