         Committee on State, Federal & International Relations met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative Bob Hunter at 8:07 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Moreno, Paul; Chavez; Isett; Jones,  
                   Charles; Solis, Juan (5). 
          
         (Representative Isett now present.)   
          
         A quorum now present.

         HCR 65 
          
         The chair laid out HCR 65.   
          
         The chair recognized Representative Isett to explain the  
         measure.   
          
         Representative Isett offered a complete committee substitute.

         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 9:25 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
