Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 1999, the House
Committee on State, Federal & International Relations met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Bob Hunter at 8:12 am.
The roll was answered as follows:

The chair laid out SCR 52.
The chair recognized Representative Wohlgemuth to explain the
measure.

The chair recognized Representative Wohlgemuth to close on the
measure.
Representative Elkins moved that SCR 52 be reported favorably
to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and
be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent
Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
