Absent: Representative Isett (1). A quorum was present. The committee convened to hear invited testimony on interim charge number 2 and 5: Review current laws relating to parental abduction. Conduct active oversight of the agencies under the committee's jurisdiction, including the child support enforcement program and recent law changes affecting the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services.
