Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 12,
1999, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in
a formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Gary Walker at 12:12 pm.

Representative Turner, Bob moved that SB 154 be reported
favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do
pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and
Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following
