Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 10,
1999, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 10,
1999, so that the committee could take up and consider HB
3853, SB 1171, SB 1277, SB 1665, and SB 1877, the House
Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative David Counts, at
6:24 p.m.
