Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19,
1999, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 19,
1999, so that the committee could take up and consider SB
1911, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the Chair, Representative
David Counts, at 6:50 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Cook moved that HR 942 be reported favorably to
the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be
printed. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

The chair laid out and explained SCR 68.
Representative Lewis, Ron offered an amendment to the measure.
The amendment was adopted without objection.

reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the
