         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2000, the House  
         Committee on Natural Resources, Subcommittee on Wetlands  
         Mitigation, met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Cook, at 9:15 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Cook; Counts; Hamric; Lewis, Ron (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Shields (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Wetlands Mitigation 
          
         The subcommittee considered testimony related to wetlands  
         mitigation. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 11:45 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
