SB 256 The chair laid out SB 256 as pending business. Representative Rangel moved that SB 256 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. Absent: Representatives George; Telford; Williams (3). SB 1144 The chair laid out SB 1144 as pending business. Representative Greenberg offered a complete committee substitute. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Rangel moved that SB 1144, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
