         Committee on Pensions & Investments, the House Subcommittee on  
         Oversight, met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Clark, at 2:15 pm. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Clark; Greenberg; Tillery (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bonnen; Williams (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
