         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Greenberg, at 10:30 am. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Greenberg; Telford; Williams (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives George; Rangel; Salinas (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 1:11 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
