(Representative King, Phil now present.) At 11:53 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:15 pm. The committee reconvened at 1:19 pm and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Bob. (Representatives Gutierrez and Najera now present.) HB 165 The chair laid out HB 165. The chair recognized Representative Chisum to explain the measure. Testimony was taken. Representative Keel moved that HB 165 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.
