Representative Wolens offered Amendment #1 to the committee substitute. Representative Wolens explained the measure. Amendment #1 was adopted without objection The chair directed the staff to incorporate the amendment into a committee substitute. The committee substitute, as amended, was adopted without objection. Representative Brimer moved that SB 30, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
