The House Committee on State Affairs Subcommittee on Lobby Influence 76th Legislature April 27, 2000 10:00 a.m. Capitol Extension, E2.010 Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2000, the House Committee on State Affairs, Subcommittee on Lobby Influence, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative McCall, at 10:18 a.m. Present: Representatives Longoria; McCall; Merritt (3). Absent: Representatives Hilbert; Bailey; Craddick; Danburg; Jones, Delwin (5). Testimony was taken on the subject of revolving door laws. (See attached witness list.) (Representative Jones, Delwin now present.) Testimony was taken on the subjects of revolving door laws, current lobbying laws, and perspectives on the lobby. (See attached witness list.)
