Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 29,
1999, the House Committee on Urban Affairs, Subcommittee on
Municipality Bidding Processes met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Clark at 11:35
am.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Clark; Ehrhardt; Hodge (3).
Absent: None (0).
A quorum was present.
HB 1003
The chair laid out HB 1003.
Representative Clark offered a complete committee substitute.
Representative Ehrhardt offered an amendment to the committee
substitute.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
The committee substitute, as amended, was adopted without
objection.
The chair directed the staff to incorporate the amendments
into the committee substitute.
Representative Ehrhardt moved that HB 1003, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full committee with the
recommendation that it be reported favorably to the full
house. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Clark; Ehrhardt; Hodge (3).
Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).
Absent: None (0).
At 11:45 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
