The following members arrived after the roll was called: none. The Chair recognized Senator Harris on SB 760, left pending from March 29, 1999. Senator Harris moved that SB 760 be reported favorably to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent. Senator Harris moved that the bill be recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar; without objection, it was so ordered. The Chair recognized Senator Harris on SB 1738, left pending from March 29, 1999. Senator Harris moved that SB 1738 do not pass but that CSSB 1738 be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent. Senator Harris moved that the bill be recommended for placement on the Local & Uncontested Calendar; without objection, it was so ordered.
