Those witnesses testifying and registering on the Natural Resources' Clean Air Charge are shown on attached witness list. At 9:32 a.m. Senator Armbrister assumed the chair for the Natural Resources Committee. At 9:34 a.m. Senator Brown resumed the chair. At 11:23 a.m. Senator Brown assumed the chair for the State Affairs Committee. At 11:59 a.m. Senator Shapiro resumed the chair. At 1:28 p.m. Senator Brown assumed the chair for the State Affairs Committee. At 2:43 p.m. Senator Shapiro resumed the chair. There being no further business, at 3:27 p.m. the Chair moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
