Chairman Truan laid out HB 3425, and recognized Senator Ogden to explain the bill on behalf of Senator Shapleigh. There being no questions or testimony, the hearing was closed. Senator Ogden moved that HB 3425 be reported favorably to the full Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 absent. Senator Ogden requested unanimous consent to certify the bill for the Local & Uncontested Calendar; without objection, it was so ordered. Chairman Truan turned the gavel over to Senator Ogden to preside at the hearing at this time.
