Mr. Frank Feild, representing the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, testified on interim charge #1. Mr. Robert Cornelison, representing the Rio Grande Valley Partnership, testified on interim charge #1. Mr. Mark Lund, representing the Brownsville Metropolitan Planning Organization, testified on interim charge #1. At 9:34 a.m. Senator Lucio assumed the chair. Mr. Ed Molitor, representing the Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization, testified on interim charge #1. Mr. Roy de los Santos, representing the Port of Brownsville, testified on interim charge #1. Mr. Randy Delay, representing the Port of Brownsville, testified on interim charge #1. At 11:39 a.m. Senator Shapiro moved that the Senate State Affairs Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the Chair.
