The Subcommittee will meet to consider the legal status and policies
appropriate to any surplus funds held by the Texas Workers'
Compensation Insurance Fund.  The subcommittee's consideration will be
directed at assuring that sufficient funds are available to deal with
all market conditions.

The Subcommittee will hear invited testimony and welcomes public
testimony from private citizens.
