PLACE: University of TX-El Paso

This will be a joint hearing with the Senate Committee on
Redistricting.  The hearing will be held in Magoffin Auditorium on
Hawthorne Street at the University of Texas, 500 West University Ave.,
El Paso, Texas.  The hearing will begin at 1:00 pm with invited
testimony.  Public testimony will begin at 1:30 pm.
