This hearing will take place in the San Antonio City Council Chambers,
Municipal Plaza Building, City Hall Complex, 103 Main Plaza, San
Antonio, Texas 78205.  The Committee will hear invited and public
testimony regarding constitutional revision with a focus on
Articles 3, 5, and 16 of the Texas Constitution.
