The House Committee on County Affairs will have its organizational
meeting to discuss committee procedures for the 76th Legislative
Session.  Additionally, the Committee will hear invited testimony from
the Executive Director of the Texas Commission on Jail Standards as
well as representatives from the Texas Association of Counties and the
Conference of Urban Counties.
