and the Board for Lease of University Lands.  The committee will also
consider the following:

Relating to residents' voting rights and the right to file for
candidacy after an area is annexed by certain small and medium
sized municipalities.

HB 423            Turner, Bob / et al.
Relating to the subdivision of land outside a municipality.

HB 430            Turner, Bob / et al.
Relating to the authority of a political subdivision to prepare and
implement a regional habitat conservation plan or habitat
conservation plan or to enter into a conservation agreement.
