The House Committee on Public Health will meet in a public hearing to
address the role of the pharmaceutical industry in the delivery of health
care in Texas.  The committee intends to identify cost-drivers and
opportunities to reduce costs, as well as identify the role of pharmacy
benefit managers and pharmacies in the delivery and management of
drug benefit programs.  The committee will take public testimony.
