Relating to the conservatorship of state agencies and public junior
colleges as a result of fiscal mismanagement.

HB 930            Junell
Relating to the operation and oversight of a regional planning
commission, council of government, or other similar regional
planning agency.

HB 1208            Bosse
Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Incentive
and Productivity Commission.

HJR 12            Culberson
Proposing a constitutional amendment to require a two-thirds vote
of the membership of each house of the legislature to enact certain
tax bills.

HJR 29            Gallego
Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to
provide that a state board, commission, or other agency shall be
governed by a board composed of an odd number of three or more
members.


The committee will hear invited testimony on Electric Restructuring.
