Relating to the limitation of school district ad valorem taxes on
the residence homestead of an elderly person.

Relating to the retention or refund of certain money collected or

Relating to the appraisal and ad valorem taxation of heavy
equipment.

Relating to the calculation of a residence homestead exemption from
ad valorem taxation and the limitation of school taxes on the
homestead of an elderly person if the owner of the homestead
qualifies for the exemption or limitation after the beginning of a
tax year.

Proposing a constitutional amendment to exempt from ad valorem
taxation certain tangible personal property held temporarily for
assembling, manufacturing, processing, or other commercial
purposes.
