straight-party vote in connection with district judges.

Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for gubernatorial
appointment to fill vacancies in the offices of appellate justices
and judges, for nonpartisan retention elections for those justices
and judges, and for gubernatorial appointment to fill vacancies in
the office of district judge in accordance with certain standards.

SB 84            Carona
Relating to exempting certain property from attachment, execution,
and seizure for the satisfaction of debts.

Relating to investing in the Texas tomorrow fund.

SB 118            Harris
Relating to the payment of restitution for the offense of criminal
nonsupport of a child.

SB 134            Brown, J.E. "Buster"
Relating to the creation of two judicial districts in Fort Bend
County.

Relating to liens for certain services provided by physicians.
