This will be a joint hearing with the House Committee on Redistricting.
The hearing will be held at the Texas Tech University International
Culture Center in the Hall of Nations(601 Indiana Ave, Lubbock, Texas).
The hearing will begin with invited testimony at 12:00pm.  Public
testimony to follow.
