Relating to providing aid, support, and assistance to agriculture,
including the promotion of agriculture and the establishment of the
"Go Texan" Partner Program; providing penalties.

SB 1272            Wentworth
Relating to the authority of a political subdivision to prepare and
implement a regional habitat conservation plan or habitat
conservation plan or to enter into a conservation agreement.

SB 1302            Brown, J. E. "Buster"
Relating to authority of Texas Parks and Wildlife department to
withhold licenses.
