The Committee will hold a public hearing at the Hillwood Development Corp/
Victory Works Building, 2707 Flynn St., Bldg. G, Dallas, Texas to discuss:
Invited and public testimony on:
Water resources in the Dallas area
State's groundwater resources

Public testimony only on:
Storage and disposal options for low-level radioactive waste
Opportunities and challenges facing the Texas coastal region
Port expansion and growth
Future of the oil and natural gas production industry
Implementation of HB 2, SB 766, SB 7

Beginning at 1:00 p.m. the Committee will hold a joint hearing with the
House Environmental Regulation Committee to discuss the challenges Texas
faces in meeting federal air quality standards under the Clean Air Act.
