Relating to financial assistance for residential hookups to water
and wastewater services in economically distressed areas.

SCR 40            Shapleigh
Requesting the lieutenant governor and speaker to initiate joint
sessions with legislators of bordering Mexican states to
establish communications on issues pertinent to the region.

SJR 30            Lucio
Proposing a constitutional amendment to authorize additional
general obligation bonds to fund water and wastewater services for
economically distressed areas.

SJR 34            Lucio
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the issuance of
bonds to provide funds for low-income owner-built housing.

Relating to the tuition charged certain foreign students attending
a public junior college in a county bordering a foreign nation.

provide for the issuance of certain highway improvement and
infrastructure bonds to the state highway system.
