Amend CSHB 7 as follows:
      (1)  On page 37, line 22, strike SECTION 11 of the bill and
renumber the remaining sections of the bill as appropriate.
      (2)  On page 40, lines 8 and 9, strike "under Section
2306.092, Government Code" and substitute "that provides
information, advice, and training to officials of communities of
less than 10,000 people".
