Amend CSHB 7 as follows:
      (1)  On page 11, line 18, between "SERVICES." and "The",
insert "(a)".
      (2)  On page 11, between lines 20 and 21, insert the
following:
      (b)  The Legislative Budget Board and the Department of
Information Resources shall:
            (1)  evaluate and recommend the most efficient and
appropriate ways to obtain the administrative services under
Subsection (a); and
            (2)  assist the office with contracting and any other
matters relating to obtaining the administrative services in the
most efficient manner.
