Amend HB 7 on third reading in Section 2 of the bill, in
added Section 487.352, Government Code, between "(c)" and "The" by
inserting the following:
      "The office shall allocate not more than five percent of the
funds allocated to the Department of Agriculture under Subsection
(b) to be used for county economic and management development.
      (d)".
