Amend the Hope amendment to HB 63 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 11, strike "watercraft" and substitute
"watercraft powered with an engine having a manufacturer's rating
of 50 horsepower or above".
      (2)  On page 1, line 13, strike "watercraft" and substitute
"watercraft powered with an engine having a manufacturer's rating
of 50 horsepower or above".
      (3)  On page 2, line 2, strike "watercraft" and substitute
"watercraft powered with an engine having a manufacturer's rating
of 50 horsepower or above".
