Amend HB 122 on third reading as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 253.011,
Local Government Code, add a new Subsection (b) to read as follows:
      (b)  This section does not apply to a municipality with a
population of 1.9 million or more.
      (2)  Reletter the existing Subsection (b) and subsequent
subsections of added Section 253.011, Local Government Code,
appropriately.
