Amend HB 247 by striking page 1, lines 9-11, and substituting
the following:
storage of not more than 200 acre-feet of water for:
            (1)  domestic and livestock purposes; or
            (2)  commercial or noncommercial wildlife management,
including fishing, if the property is appraised under Subchapter D,
Chapter 23, Tax Code, on the basis of its use for wildlife
management.
