Amend HB 360 as follows:
      In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 261.001(1),
Family Code (Senate Committee Printing page 1, line 33), between
"welfare" and the semicolon, insert ", including conduct that
constitutes the offense of indecency with a child under Section
21.11, Penal Code, sexual assault under Section 22.011, Penal Code;
or aggravated sexual assault under Section 22.021, Penal Code".
      (2)  Add the following appropriately numbered section to the
bill and renumber the sections of the bill accordingly:
