Amend CSHB 588 as follows:
      On Page 1, Line 12, strike "record" and insert
      "record, except for the following:
      (1)  Penal Code Section 22.08 (aiding suicide) ;
      (2) Penal Code Section 25.03 (interference with child
custody) ;
      (3)  Penal Code Section 25.05  (failure to pay child support)
;
      (4)  Penal Code Section 25.09 (advertising for adoption
placement without a license) ; and
      (5)  Health and Safety Code Section 481.121 (posession of
marihuana)".
