Amend HB 588 as follows:
      (1)  Strike SECTIONS 3 and 4 of the bill (Senate Committee
Printing, page 2, lines 7-59).
      (2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill (Senate Committee Printing,
page 3, line 4), strike "(a)".
      (3)  In SECTION 6 of the bill (Senate Committee Printing,
page 3, lines 9-12), strike Subsection (b) of the section.
      (4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
