Amend CSHB 1006 as follows:
      (1) On page 3, strike lines 7 and 8 and substitute the
following:
            (B) is one parent in a two-parent family and the other
parent is incarcerated;
            (C) is required to appear in court;"
      (2) Redesignate existing Subdivisions (C)-(I), Section
31.012(e), Transportation Code (page 3, line 7-page 4, line 6), as
Subdivisions (D)-(J).
