Amend HB 1115 by adding a new section to the bill,
appropriately numbered, to read as follows, and renumbering
subsequent sections accordingly:
      SECTION__. A municipality, including a home-rule
municipality, may not install any object or device at or near an
electrically operated traffic-control signal in the municipality
that:
            (1) is not a component of a photographic traffic signal
enforcement system, as defined by Section 707.001, Transportation
Code, but is similar in appearance to a component of such a system;
and
            (2) is intended to cause operators of motor vehicles to
believe that compliance with the traffic-control signal is enforced
by means of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system.
