Amend HB 1115 by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to
read as follows and by renumbering existing SECTIONS accordingly:
      SECTION __.  Chapter 31, Penal Code, is amended by adding
Section 31.15 to read as follows:
      Sec. 31.15.  THEFT OF PHOTOGRAPHIC TRAFFIC SIGNAL ENFORCEMENT
SYSTEM. (a)  A person commits an offense if the person steals all
or part of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system, as
defined by Section 707.001, Transportation Code.
      (b)  An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
      (c)  Conduct that constitutes an offense under this section
and any other law may be prosecuted only under this section.
