Amend HB 1115 in added Section 707.002, Transportation Code,
by adding the following:
      (c)  The study required by Subsection (b) must include a
determination of the appropriate delay time after a traffic-control
signal displays a steady red signal before the camera takes a
photograph, based on relevant traffic speeds and patterns.
