Amend CSHB 1115 (Committee Printing) as follows:
      (1) On page 2, line 4, between "PENALTY." and "The", insert
"a".
      (2) On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert:
      (b) Before the photographic traffice signal enforcement
system may be implemented in the municipality, the municipality
must conduct an engineering and traffice study to determine the
locations in the municipality where placement of the system is most
appropriate.  Placement ;of the system in the municipality must be
approved as to each location in the municpality by the governing
body of the municipality.
