Amend CSHB 1333 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1(a)(13) of the bill (page 1, line 50, senate
committee printing), strike "Texas Excellence access and success
grants" and substitute "Toward EXcellence, Access, and Success
(TEXAS) grants".
      (2)  In SECTION 9(3) of the bill (page 4, lines 33 and 34,
senate committee printing), strike "Texas Excellence access and
success grants" and substitute "Toward EXcellence, Access, and
Success (TEXAS) grants".
