Amend CSHB 1362 as follows:
      (1)  On page 4, strike lines 6-12, and substitute the
following:
            (7)  an entity that holds a Class "C" exhibitor's
license issued by the secretary of agriculture of the United States
under the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. Section 2131 et seq.) and
its subsequent amendments;
      (2)  On page 7, line 10, strike "or Class "C" exhibitor's
license".
      (3)  On page 12, line 12, strike "or a Class "C" exhibitor's
license".
