Amend HB 1368 as follows:
      (1) On page  , line , after "(2)" insert "a statement signed
by an officer of the non-profit disaster relief organization that
the vehicle has not been used for any purpose other than
emergencies and qualifies for registration under this section; and"
      (2) On page  , line  , reinstate Subdivision "(3)".
